Los Angeles Police Drop Sexual Assault Case Involving T.I. & Tiny

Sexual assault allegations made against T.I. & Tiny have been dismissed in Los Angeles.

Earlier this year, the unnamed accuser filed a police report alleging the rapper and his wife drugged then sexually assaulted her in 2005 after they met in a club.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the couple will not be charged since the case falls outside the 10-year statute of limitations.

This comes months after Las Vegas police closed a case involving similar allegations the couple faced where another accuser claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted in 2010 after being invited to hang out with the couple. The statute of limitations, too, expired in that case.
