Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict are officially single after announcing their split six months ago.
Court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight revealed that the former couple “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.”
Mowry initiated the divorce in October, proposing a custody arrangement for their two children, son Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, 4. That joint arrangement will remain.
There was also a request to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support, citing a premarital agreement.
When Mowry announced their decision to end their marriage on Oct. 4, she added that their children’s happiness is the highest priority.
The two seem to be cordial throughout the divorce proceedings and spent family time on Christmas.
As for Mowry, she said she had received an outpour of support, “I have to be honest with you, I am so overwhelmed by the love and support I’ve received,” Mowry said with a warm smile. “I’m so grateful of the community and the fans that I have.”
“I’m all about inspiring and encouraging, and the DMs that I’ve gotten from so many women who are going through the same thing… it has just been [amazing],” she added. “I feel so blessed.”
