Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman is suing the pro-golfer for $30 million after he allegedly kicked her out of his home.
According to TMZ, Woods and Herman broke up last fall after living together for over six years in his Hobe Sound, FL home.
Herman claims that Woods let her stay at his home rent-free after performing “valuable services.”
She acknowledges that she didn’t have the agreement in writing but claimed it was an “oral tenancy agreement,” which should last five more years.
Additionally, she claims that Woods’ staff convinced her to go on a “short vacation.” Once she arrived at the airport, she was told that she’d been “locked out” of the house and could not return.
According to court documents, Erica claims that one of Tiger’s attorneys contacted her at the airport with a suggestion to settle any unresolved concerns between Tiger and her.
