On Aug. 8 and Aug. 14, TikTok stars, Bryce Hall and Blake Gray decided to throw parties in their shared Hollywood Hills home. Inevitably, this came with consequences.

On Aug. 19, Los Angeles cut the power from the boys’ property. Both Hall and Gray are charged with one misdemeanor count of constituting a public nuisance by conducting a loud and unruly conduct gathering which threatens and interferes with public health, safety and welfare, and one misdemeanor count of violating a lawful directive during a local emergency.

“We allege these hosts have been incredibly irresponsible with a highly infectious disease spreading and parties banned because of it, and we allege they violated the law,” Los Angeles Attorney Mike Feuer said on Friday. “If you have a combined 19 million followers on TikTok om the middle of a public health crisis, you should be modeling great behavior..rather than brazenly violating the law and then posting videos about it.”

This is not the first time Hall and Gray have been warned about their partying during the pandemic. According to Los Angeles Mayor, Eric Garcetti, “despite serval warnings, the house in question had turned into a nightclub in the Hills, hosting large gatherings in flagrant violation of our public health orders.” One part being, Hall’s 21st, which was celebrated earlier this month.

If convicted, according to People, Hall and Gray could face up to one year in jail and $2,000 in fines.
