According to Love and Hip Hop Miami star Prince Michael Harty, Tory Lanez smacked him in the face, and Prince told police he needed medical attention, but Tory denies it all.
In a police report obtained by TMZ, the two rekindled their long-running feud at South Beach club Vendome earlier this month. Prince told police that he was at his table around 4 a.m. last Monday when he was approached and struck on the left side of his face.
Police say that Prince turned around made eye contact with Tory, who then fled the club in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. Tory is identified as the suspect in the alleged battery police report.
Prince also told cops he went to the hospital for medical attention, and the responding officer noted that Prince’s left cheek was noticeably swollen.
According to a representative for Prince, he was out with NFL star Malcolm Butler when he saw some guys looking at them. The DJs and hosts allegedly made it clear that Prince and Malcolm were in the club, and Prince was left alone at Butler’s section when Tory allegedly came up with his entourage and threw the punch, leaving Prince with a huge headache and swollen lips.
Tory’s representative tells TMZ he was not near Prince at the time and that he is “obsessed” with Tory. Furthermore, the representative claims that there are no witnesses or video to back up Prince’s assertion — because, once again, Tory claims it didn’t happen.
