Tory Lanez says he doesn’t have an issue with anyone following his alleged physical assault on August Alsina.
Tory recently appeared on The Breakfast Club morning show, where the hosts tried to get to the bottom of the incident. The conversation began with DJ Envy mentioning the altercation which seemingly made Tory uncomfortable.
“Now, recently, you got into an alleged altercation with an R&B singer, August Alsina,” Envy said.
Tory tried to quickly change the subject saying, “Look, man, like I said, I’m just here to answer about the album.”
However, DJ Envy wasn’t having that and pried even further with mentioning the viral video that showed August ignoring Tory’s handshake.
Angela Yee later brought up the possible police investigation for the case which Tory added “Couldn’t tell you. Don’t know what you know. I’m just here for the album and positivity.”
He continued, “I’m always here to answer all the questions and stuff. Everything that’s been going on in my life and the things going on around me, I just try to keep positive. No disrespect, I’m just not here to talk about it.”
Nevertheless, DJ Envy still managed to ask Tory one question about the August dismissing the handshake. Tory added that he doesn’t an issue with anyone and reveals he previously wrote a song for August and Meek Mill.
“Just generally speaking, regardless, I don’t have a problem with anybody. I wrote for him before this,” he said. “It’s not one of those.”
