Tory Lanez is back in the spotlight after surviving a violent stabbing behind bars.
Earlier this month, the rapper was attacked inside a California prison and reportedly stabbed 14 times across his body, including his back, head, torso, and face.
The severity of his injuries sent him to the hospital with reports claiming he suffered two collapsed lungs before being moved to another facility for safety.
Footage from what appears to be a prison surveillance camera has surfaced online. It shows Lanez on the floor while another inmate, identified as Santino Casio, continues to attack him.
Bloody images of Tory walking around following the incident have also made the rounds.
Casio allegedly claims the attack on Lanez was in self defense.
At the same time, Lanez’s legal team is trying to redirect attention back to the Megan Thee Stallion case. They’re now suggesting that Kelsey Harris, not Tory, was the actual shooter.
Those claims weren’t presented in court during his original trial, and Megan’s team has already responded with evidence refuting them.
Lanez is currently serving a 10-year sentence and won’t be eligible for parole until 2029.
