Tory Lanez isn’t letting his conviction silence him.
The rapper appeared on the Full Send podcast last week and made a bold claim that his DNA was never on the gun used in the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.

“Ninety percent contributor on this gun is a male, and the rest are two females and another male,” he said. “None of those four people are my DNA. So, I’m 100 percent excluded—not inconclusive like they said in trial. My fingerprints are 100 percent excluded from the magazine, the gun, the bullets, everything.”
Lanez was convicted in December 2022 on three felony charges: assault with a semiautomatic firearm, carrying a loaded unregistered firearm, and negligent discharge of a firearm.
Megan testified that he shot at her feet after an argument, while Tory has maintained his innocence from the start.
His defense has questioned the reliability of the investigation, including the handling of DNA evidence. Despite his claims on the podcast, the jury found him guilty, and he’s currently serving a 10-year sentence.
While Lanez continues to push his innocence, the courts have already spoken, and unless something changes, he’ll continue sitting behind bars.
