Tory Lanez is gearing up for new music, and he teased the announcement with a claymation video on his Instagram.
The video features Lanez as a fictional 80s star named Ashton Rain. However, many fans also pointed out that the reporter in the clip seemingly resembles court reporter Meghann Cuniff, who gained notoriety for her coverage of Lanez’s legal case in the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
Tuesday, Cuniff was notified of the claymation and took to Twitter to respond.
“Hmmm what do you all think? Me or nah?” Cuniff tweeted, adding several emojis and then a link to Megan Thee Stallion’s latest single, “Cobra.”

As you may know, the rapper hasn’t been too fond of Cuniff and her reporting on his case.
In September, it was reported that Lanez allegedly called Cuniff a “Googly eyed b*tch,” during his court appearance.
Lanez is currently serving 10 years at the North Kern State Prison in Delano, California.
