New court documents reveal that Tracy Morgan demanded his estranged wife Megan Wollover-Morgan to revert to her maiden name following their divorce, BOSSIP reported.
Although news broke weeks ago that the two filed for divorce, Morgan said he separated from his wife months ago before the pandemic started.
Late last month, Megan filed for divorce from the comedian, citing “irreconcilable differences,” adding that there were no chances of the pair rekindling their marriage.
According to Page Six, Megan is reportedly seeking full custody and financial support for their daughter, Maven.
She also wants Morgan to pay her alimony and all of her legal fees.
However, The Last O.G star responded to filling, requesting joint legal, and shared residential custody of their 7-year-old daughter. He further asked that both parties pay child support.
According to court documents obtained by BOSSIP, the 51-year-old also agreed to split property and assets per the prenup but demanded he gets his last name back.
Morgan released a statement to Page Six about the publicized split, asking for privacy.
“Sadly, after nearly five years of marriage, Megan and I are filing for divorce,” Morgan said. “This is a challenging time for all involved, so I ask that you please respect our privacy.”
