On Monday morning, officials from the Davie Police and the Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office were called to a residence located on Southwest 178th Avenue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
The property, as indicated by public records, is owned by Adaline Davis, the grandmother of Vontae Davis. Authorities have confirmed the discovery of a deceased male at the location, adding that preliminary investigations suggest no foul play was involved in the incident.
