There appear to be some cracks in the Kanye West and Travis Scott bromance.
Scott has unfollowed West on both Instagram and Twitter following Ye’s latest outburst, which included another antisemitic tirade.
West’s rant on Twitter late Thursday, February 6th began with calls to “Free Diddy” but quickly spiraled into hateful remarks about the Jewish community. He escalated further, proclaiming: “I am racist,” “I’m a Nazi,” and “I love Hitler,” while rejecting the concept of antisemitism.
Soon after, a Scott fan page noted the rapper and producer had unfollowed West. Some fans, however, argued that he never followed West on Instagram in the first place.
Ye acknowledged the unfollow with a retweet, writing: “I LOVE TRAV VIRGIL AND DRAKE DRAKE THE REALEST ONE OF THOSE THREE THOUGH HE NOT FAKE COOL HE’S JUST TALENTED AF… I LOVE VIRGIL AND HE USED THAT VERY LOVE TO BEAT NIGERIANS ARE SUPER SMART.”
I LOVE TRAV VIRGIL AND DRAKE DRAKE THE REALEST ONE OF THOSE THREE THOUGH HE NOT FAKE COOL HE’S JUST TALENTED AF AND YES ITS FUCK VIRGIL AND ANY OF THESE OTHER NIGGAS THAT WORKED FOR ME THAN USED ME THEN WENT AGAINST ME I LOVE VIRGIL AND HE USED THAT VERY LOVE… pic.twitter.com/ICqku9m6Ss

West and Scott have a long history, with Scott once signed to Ye’s G.O.O.D. Music and their latest collab appearing on “Vultures 1.” Despite their family ties—Ye’s children are cousins with Scott’s—this latest fallout suggests their relationship may be on shaky ground.
