Trey Songz is facing serious accusations once again, this time for allegedly assaulting a videographer during a late-night appearance at The Ivy in Huntington, New York, TMZ exclusively reports. According to the victim, Isaa Mansoor, what started as a routine gig filming the singer turned violent in an instant.
Mansoor, hired to capture footage for the club owner, claims Trey initially seemed fine with cameras rolling. But as the night went on and fans kept asking for photos and videos, the R&B star reportedly got irritated. That irritation allegedly escalated into full-on rage when Mansoor was asked to get one final shot of Trey outside the venue, next to The Ivy’s logo.
That’s when, according to Mansoor, Trey snapped—punching him in the side of the head, slamming him against a wall, and destroying two cameras in the process. Even after the club owner tried to intervene, Trey allegedly doubled down, yelling, “I don’t give a f***” and clenching his fist in the owner’s face.
Mansoor says he fled to a friend’s car and called police. He later went to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with a concussion, a migraine, and ankle injuries. He’s now recovering while Suffolk County police launch an investigation.
Trey’s team has yet to speak out, but this isn’t the first time the singer’s been in the headlines for violent behavior. From a 2016 arrest over a Detroit incident to multiple lawsuits over alleged assaults, Trey’s history is starting to overshadow his hits.
Police are currently reviewing the case, and if the claims hold up, Trey could be facing even more legal trouble in a year that was supposed to be about “wiping the slate clean.”
