Well, Trick Daddy has finally tossed out his gold grills and replaced them with blinding veneers.
According to TMZ, the CEO of 5 Star Smiles, Danielle Noguera, says the 48-year-old rapper decided to get serious about his oral hygiene after not visiting the dentist for 15 years.
Trick initially got his golds in 1994 and continued to be a prominent feature while he delivered numerous platinum-selling rap songs. However, the long-term use of the permanent caps caused significant decay in Trick’s teeth, leading to bone loss surgery.
At present, the Miami rap legend has temporary fillings in place while his gums recover. Unfortunately, Trick will have to undergo further dental work as he is scheduled to have his lower teeth extracted next week.
Up to this point, Trick has invested $60,000 in his treatment, and in approximately two months, the ultimate procedure will be completed, resulting in a mouth adorned with porcelain veneers.
Fans will get a closer look into the procedure as “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” will document the entire process for its upcoming season. The final results will air on the reality show’s first episode.
