Trick Daddy has a serious bone to pick with Katt Williams over his explosive “Club Shay Shay” interview.
By now, we’ve all witnessed Williams drag many comedians during his viral interview with Shannon Sharpe. While numerous people on social media are praising Williams for being blunt about his disdain for others in the industry, Trick is not amused. According to the Miami MC, he is most upset about Williams dragging Rickey Smiley. The “Friday After Next” star slammed the radio host for falsely claiming he was originally offered the role of Money Mike in the movie. Trick, a long-time fan of Smiley, was naturally upset by Williams’ remarks. Additionally, it seems Trick was also salty from a previous stand-up where Williams joked about him opening his own restaurant. No matter the root, Trick let the comic have it in an Instagram video.
“Keep my name out your mouth. I’m not no comedian. I’m a street n***a first….Keep Rickey Smiley name out your mouth. Keep all OG’s name out your mouth,” Trick said while driving.
Trick also joked that he only found Williams funny when he was beaten up on camera by a teenager back in 2016. He then followed up with a few shots at Williams’ bank account, accusing him of not making the same money that his fellow comedians make.
“And every n***a, every comedian, everybody who you told a story about got more money than me and you. You on my level b***h a** n***a. The jokes on you,” Trick shared.
The “Let’s Go” rapper ended his message by encouraging the Black community to refrain from speaking poorly about others in order to go viral. Williams hasn’t responded, but this could certainly turn ugly in the near future.
