Tristan Thompson is using his legal muscle to retaliate against Instagram model Sydney Chase saying she has received lewd messages from him: he is now asking her to “put up or shut up.”
The NBA player had his lawyer, Marty Singer, issued a legal challenge to Chase, who says she had sex with Tristan after rekindling his relationship with Khloe Kardashian.
In a letter obtained by TMZ, Thompson claims that Chase is failing to prove the existence of the suspected messages, which can only lead to one “inescapable conclusion…that they do not exist.”
As previously reported, Tristan’s legal team sent Chase a cease-and-desist letter, saying they never had a relationship and that he never texted her…and she initially denied receiving the threat.
Chase is now admitting that she received the cease and desist after it was sent to a different email address…and Tristan’s legal team claims she’s “changing the purported ‘facts’ to fit her story.”
Tristan’s attorney argues Chase is spreading false information against Thompson to get her 15 minutes of fame, and his legal team is demanding she stop defaming him or face a lawsuit.
