Tristan Thompson Sues Woman Who Claims He’s The Father Of Her 5-Year-Old Son

Tristan Thompson is suing a woman for claiming he’s the father of her child.

A woman named Kimberly Alexander says Thompson is the father of her 5-year-old son. According to TMZ, Thompson has repeatedly denied being the child’s Dad and also took a test in January that “definitively concluded that [he] is not the father.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

TMZ reports that when Alexander received the negative lab tests, she took to her Instagram page and posted them, saying she believes the lab tampered with the test. In her photo’s caption, she wrote, “I know for sure that Tristan Thompson is the father of my child.” Not only does she believe the lab plotted against her, but Alexander says Thompson’s quarantine boo Khloe Kardashian also conspired with Thompson and paid off someone to rig the results as negative. Kardashian and Thompson have both issued Alexander a cease-and-desist, but that only led to Alexander uploading the letter onto social media as well.

Thompson explains in the court documents that Alexander also lied about the NBA star taking an “at-home paternity test.” Thompson says he offered to take the test a second time after initially taking it at what he says was one of the most respected labs in the country. Thompson says the only reason Alexander is bringing this up now is because she down on her luck financially and has been kicked out of five of her homes over the last seven years.

Thompson’s lawyer, Marty Singer, writes in the court documents against Alexander saying, “To quote Michael Jackson, ‘The kid is not [his] son.'”
