Tristan Thompson has reached a paternity settlement with Maralee Nichols.
According to TMZ, Thompson has agreed to pay $9,500 monthly for their 1-year-old son Theo, plus Nichols’ lawyer fees.
Sources say Maralee will have sole custody of baby Theo and a visitation plan will be worked out at a later date.
Back in January, the 31-year-old current NBA free agent took to social media to reveal that a paternity test had confirmed he had “fathered a child with Maralee Nichols.” At the time, he was in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian and expecting a second child via surrogate with the reality star.
Maralee sued Tristan for child support, claiming he offered her $75,000 to keep quiet and even encouraged her to get an abortion.
