Tropicana is debuting a new orange juice-friendly toothpaste that will not leave a gross taste in your mouth.
As we all know, drinking a glass of orange juice immediately after brushing your teeth alters the taste of the juice. Since the common ingredients in toothpaste clearly do not mesh well with the citrus beverage, Tropicana has come up with a solution, which was unveiled on their Instagram profile.
The line of limited edition toothpaste will be released on November 1st. However, they will not be for sale in stores. Instead, fans wanting to get their hands on a tube will need to leave a comment on Tropicana Juice’s Instagram page for a chance to win one.
The Tropicana Toothpaste sports “maximum OJ flavor protection” packed inside the orange and white tube. A spokesperson for Tropicana revealed that the toothpaste differs forms others because it does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), a cleaning component used in most toothpaste that contributes to the unflattering aftertaste that occurs when consuming orange juice after brushing your teeth.
