Two Trump Supporters Removed From Yankee Stadium For Holding Up ‘Trump Won’ Banner

Trump supporters were removed from Yankee Stadium for displaying the “Trump Won” banner during the game.

Two male Trump supporters were removed from Yankee Stadium on Thursday for holding up a banner that read “Trump Won Save America.” They waved the flag near the first-base side of the stadium. Soon after, people began booing the display.

It didn’t take long for stadium security to respond. A Facebook video shows security and stadium workers moving toward the men as fans shout for the two men to leave. One of the men was handcuffed, The New York Post reports.

“Sounded like the entire crowd was booing until security confiscated the banner, which then resulted in a large cheer,” tweeted Sports Illustrated’s Max Goodman.

Just as the men were being removed, cheers started. “Now we have extremely loud cheering as the conspiracy theory banner people are led out of the section by security,” tweeted Lindsey Adler, a reporter for the Atlantic. A Twitter user then asked, “Is that in the un-vaxxed section?”
