Hot Boy Turk is no longer part of the Cash Money 30th Anniversary Tour, and he’s placing the blame squarely on money disputes and behind-the-scenes drama. In a nine-minute YouTube video with his wife and manager Erica “Emani” Virgil, the former Hot Boys rapper revealed he was terminated from the tour after turning down a reduced payment.

Virgil claimed the Nashville show was canceled due to the tour’s agent and promoter failing to pay artists. She also said the promoter, Dope Shows, tried to cut Turk’s rate for upcoming dates. When he refused, she alleges they retaliated by citing a “risk” related to past social media tension as the reason for dropping him.
Turk shared a similar sentiment in the video caption: “The same day, after I refused to take less money… I received a last-minute termination notice saying I was a ‘security risk.’”
He’s now off the lineup for Cleveland, Chicago, and Detroit.
While Cash Money hasn’t officially responded, fans speculate that lingering beef between Turk and B.G. might have influenced the decision. B.G. previously called out Turk for skipping a reunion show in 2024, implying Turk betrayed the crew.
“He brought that on his self… N***a did a bunch of h*e s*** and can’t take it back,” B.G. said during a social media rant. “The n***a know what he did last summer.”
