Twista Arrested For Weed In Indiana

Marijuana is legal in a lot of places, Indiana is not one of them. Unfortunately for Twista, he had to find out the hard way. 

The Chicago rapper was in Valparaiso, IN to perform at a club called Big Shots when the Rolls Royce he was in was pulled over. The incident happened at about 10:15 pm, before the concert. According to the officers, they stopped the Rolls because it was following too closely to the truck in front of it. However, when the officer approached the vehicle, he smelled weed.

Police searched the vehicle as Twista, the driver and two other passengers waited outside the car. Apparently officers must have found what they were looking for because all four occupants of the vehicle were arrested. 

Twista was booked, then released at around 4am after posting $500 bail.
