An altercation at a Bath And Body Works location went viral after two customers got into a heated exchange over standing too close to each other.
The viral clip shows what happened when the employees tried to intervene and de-escalate the tense situation.
That de-escalation escalated real quick, and all hell broke loose.
According to TMZ, Scottsdale Police Department say that the two women were criminally charged in connection to this incident, but wouldn’t say which ones or what the charges were.
The publication states that the incident started because somebody cut in line and SPD insists this had nothing to do with race or mask-wearing.

The story is the entitled customer threw something at the clerk. What happened after that is the customer got her ass whipped. If you have to fight at work you should be paid more than min wage. IJS
