Twitter Reacts To Right-Wing Networks Pretending to Care About Blue Lives Matter

Yesterday the remains of  Officer Brian D. Sicknick, one of the officers who died due to injuries obtained during the Jan. 6 insurrection, arrived at the Capitol yesterday, and all major news stations reported on it, all except Fox News and other right-wing networks like OAN, and Newsmax.

Twitter is currently dragging the GOP for fake caring about “Blue Lives Matter”:

One user compared the current headlines on certain networks tweeting, “MSNBC: Remains of fallen officer carried to Capitol rotunda;  CNN: Remains of fallen officer carried to Capitol rotunda; Fox News: Woman ejected from Lakers game for heckling Lebron.” He added, “just sticking with normal programming i guess.”

Rapper Plies Tweeted, “Fox News Has To Really Be A Sick News Outlet Not To Be Covering The Fallen Officer Died In The Storming Of The Capitol. They Want U To Believe Blue Lives Matter Until One Of Theirs Kills A Officer. Then Blue Lives Don’t Matter Anymore!! #SickPeople&Network”

Palmer Report had to break it down for them:

Blue Lives Matter” conservatives don’t care about police officers

Deficit hawk” conservatives don’t care about the deficit

Pro small business” conservatives don’t care about small businesses

Law and order” conservatives don’t care about the law

Conservatism is all a lie

One Twitter user was surprised that certain networks weren’t covering an officer’s funeral. She tweeted, “I thought blue lives matter was a GOP thing. Tonight the funeral lying in state for the fallen officer, Brian Sicknick, is being covered solemnly on MSNBC and CNN. But not covered at all on Fox or the right-wing networks ( OAN, Newsmax) So I guess that was all BS for the GoP.”

More users continued to drag the Republican party on Twitter:
