Photos taken by the New York Post show Ivana Trump’s final resting place at her ex-husband’s golf course in New Jersey.
Ivana was laid to rest in a plot at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. The lone grave has a simple plaque with Ivana’s name and her birth and death dates. White flowers adorn the site.
The plot is located in a small section of the club below the backside of the first tee. It is tucked away in a location that will not be visible to golfers.
“They have a private grassy area,” a source told The Post. “It’s just a very discreet piece of granite engraved with her name.”
The outlet reports that Donald Trump proposed a plan in 2017 to build a 10-plot graveyard overlooking the golf course for his family, citing the Washington Post. Donald chose the property for his final resting place since it is his “favorite.”
Ivana died July 14 at the age of 73 after falling down the stairs at her Manhattan home. She was Donald’s first wife, and they shared three children: Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric Trump. Ivana and Donald divorced in 1992.
