Football star J.J. Watt has signed a two-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals that is worth more than $31 million.
The deal was announced on Monday, with the former Houston Texans star being guaranteed $23 million. Watt posted a photo of himself on Twitter wearing a Cardinals t-shirt while working out. The team’s official account also tweeted a picture of the athlete and said, “Welcome to the Valley, @JJWatt. We have agreed to terms with J.J. Watt on a two-year contract,” though it is unclear what the exact terms are.

Watt, who will be 32 in a few weeks, spent ten years with the Houston Texans. During his career, he became a five-time Pro Bowler, Defensive Player of the Year three times and has led the NFL in sacks twice.
