Twitter Reacts To Trump Getting Banned From Social Media and Reportedly Moving to Parler Platform

Large social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter have banned Trump for violating policies for inciting violence at the US Capitol, he has since moved to the Parler platform for his supporters to follow.

One Twitter user tweeted: “Once again I’m urging @realDonaldTrump to join Parler. Here on Twitter, there will always be a Sword of Damocles hanging over his head. Trump can really help build a social media alternative to Twitter, just by signing up and posting there as well as here @DanScavino”

Some users wanted Trump to move to the Parler platform to make it easier for police to find pro-Trump supporters.

Another user stated how even if he does switch to the Parler platform, he could be removed from there for inciting more violence.

Another tweeted, “I hope they ramp up security for the transition. Trump just joined Parler, where the overused term ‘unhinged’ is entirely appropriate.”

One Twitter user directly mentioned the FBI and said that the entire Trump family should be arrested for communicating on Parler: “Dear
@FBI PARLER WAS USED FOR COMMUNICATIONS ALL THE TRUMPS NEED TO BE ARRESTED.”

Some users even jokingly commented on Trump moving to Parler, a @LabyrinthWeaver tweeted: “Trump is moving to Parler, which is like OKCovid dot com. Or OKKKK dot com.”
