Two Arkansas Men Confess to Raping 6-Year-Old Girl; Facing Up to Life in Prison

Two Arkansas men admit to raping a 6-year-old girl and giving her several sexually transmitted diseases.

Last week, during a federal court hearing in Little Rock, 27-year-old Demarcus George and 33-year-old Mario Waters confessed to raping a girl who is six years old who was being sex trafficked. During the investigation into the matter, it was found that a hotel room had been purchased by the child’s mother in March 2018, according to financial records.

The minor was able to describe the look of the hotel room where the two men raped her, and she described specific photos in it, helping authorities eventually find the suspects. The girl was taken to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in February 2018 after struggling with issues later diagnosed as STIs. Blood and urine samples from the two men showed they tested positive for the same STIs the girl had.

The two men have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. They are now facing up to life in prison. Their sentencing is set to happen at a later date.
