While Ty Dolla Sign is still basking in the success of his long-awaited star-studded album, “Featuring Ty Dolla Sign,” the L.A. crooner is already seemingly hard at work on yet another project, this time a joint album with rapper/pop star Post Malone.
“Posty and Ty Dolla Sign album coming soon,” Ty said during an interview with Korean publication HiphopLE.
The two are no stranger to making fire tunes together. They linked up for Ty’s latest album on the track “Spicy” following their 2018 cut “Psycho,” which was featured on Post’s Grammy-nominated “Beerbongs & Bentleys” album. Ty revealed in an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe that “Spicy” took quite a while to complete due to Post being a musical perfectionist.
“I did my part on it. I was just like, ‘Yo, we need Post on this one. This is the one.’ So, I called him and he took a f**king hell of a long time to send it back.”
Though there are no further details surrounding the collab project, if the duo’s past efforts are any indication of what’s to come, then fans have a lot to look forward to.
