Tyga Calls Domestic Abuse Allegations Against Him False

Tyga has broken his silence about allegedly beating his ex-girlfriend Camaryn Swanson.

The Young Money rapper took to his Instagram on Friday to set the record straight about the recent incident, claiming that Swanson’s claims are false.

“I want everyone to know that the allegations against me are false,” he wrote on his IG Story. He also addressed reports circulating that he was placed under arrest.

“I want not arrested. I took myself into the police station and cooperated. I have not been charged with any crime,” Tyga added.

This was the rapper’s first time speaking out since his model ex-girlfriend filed a police report claiming that he attacked her when she arrived at his home. According to Swanson, Tyga sent a vehicle to retrieve her, and once she arrived, the two got into a violent altercation. Swanson shared photos of herself with a swollen and bruised eye, as well as a video clip that showed what seemed to be blood on her sweatshirt.

Tyga is due back in court on February 8th, 2022.
