Tyga has voluntarily surrendered to authorities after his ex-girlfriend Camaryn Swanson accused him of physically assaulting her during an early Monday morning dispute. Swanson posted images of her alleged injuries online Monday afternoon.
Yesterday it was reported that Tyga had already planned to sit down with LAPD on Tuesday to explain his side of the story. However, TMZ reports that the “Rack City” rapper decided to turn himself in. He could be hit with a felony domestic abuse charge.
As previously reported, Swanson allegedly showed up at Tyga’s residence belligerent around 3 a.m. after he told her not to. Swanson, however, refuted those claims and presented text messages that appear to show the rapper sending a car to pick her up.
Tyga and other people in the residence believe Swanson was under the influence when she arrived at the rapper’s home. Allegedly, a physical altercation ensued after the two began to argue. Swanson told police Tyga had assaulted her. Responding officers say they saw “physical marks” on Swanson and took a report for domestic violence.
