Tyrese is back at it again, taking to social media to air out the details surrounding his divorce from Samantha Lee, sharing another complicated layer to their ongoing heated situation.
On Sunday, the singer/actor revealed that he could possibly be arrested soon due to what he described as a backdoor connection between Lee’s legal team and the presiding judge, Kevin M. Farmer. Tyrese’s frustrations stem from a string of decisions that Judge Farmer has made, including an illegal modification of his prenup agreement that resulted in an increased child support payment.
“At 9am in the morning in Atlanta, I might be arrested in court,” he wrote in an Instagram caption. “Samantha’s lawyers Adam Gleklen and William Alexander, who are besties with the Judge Kevin M. Farmer.”
To add, Tyrese also claimed that Judge Farmer ordered him to cancel his press run for his film “1992” and his new album. Despite many appeal efforts, Tyrese’s legal team has made attempts to get Judge Farmer recused from the case, but has not been unsuccessful.
“Judges and lawyers demanded that I come to court and canel my press and media for my 1992 movie and my new Beautiful Pain album interviews and demanded that I come to court,” he added. “We are appealing all of his rulings and have already have tried twice to get this judge thrown off the bench twice. The second time we tried to get him recused from the bench. [He actually denied his own request to be thrown off the bench.]”
Tyrese has never been the one to shy away from expressing himself, especially when it comes to his relationships. Recently, he appeared on ‘The Breakfast Club,’ where he put his emotional opinions on full display. As a result, Joe Budden and other critics blasted Tyrese for being “bitter” and “melodramatic.” Of course, Tyrese responded to the claims and called out Budden for being insensitive.
Additionally, Tyrese stated that Budden couldn’t relate to his pain because he has never been married and questioned his loyalty. He also highlighted that Budden’s podcast hosts appear to be more respectful and understanding than him. Nonetheless, it’s evident that this divorce is taking a toll on Tyrese and many people wonder if his active social media presence is hindering his healing or causing more turmoil in his personal life.
