Tyrese Gibson Requests New Judge In His Divorce Case, Claims Bias 

Tyrese Gibson wants a new judge to hear his divorce case. The singer says the judge presiding over his Georgia case is biased against him.

According to TMZ, the “Sweet Lady” singer filed legal documents this week that complained about Judge Kevin Farmer’s handling of his case. 

Tyrese said Judge Farmer abruptly canceled a court hearing and ordered him to pay a $450,000 bond within 10 days in connection to his appeal of an order in the case. He also claimed the Judge’s order didn’t give him his day in court to explain why he couldn’t come up with the money in time.

Tyrese said the hearing would have allowed him the opportunity to explain his failure to pay was due, in part, to the Hollywood strikes that have caused him not to be able to work and get paid.

Now Tyrese feels like the abruptly canceled hearing was another example of the Judge being unfavorable to him.

However, this isn’t the first time the actor has tried to get the Judge removed. In September 2022, Tyrese claimed the Judge told him he thought the child support ordered in the case was appropriate and that he didn’t care if Tyrese’s ex, Samantha Lee Gibson, was a “greedy, gold-digging b**ch.”

Tyrese hopes his new allegations will be heard and a new judge will be appointed.
