The Texas woman who posted about participating in the domestic terrorist attack on the U.S. Capitol has been arrested.
Last Wednesday, the FBI arrested Jenny Cudd for being one of the domestic terrorists that forced their way into the U.S. Capitol to stop lawmakers from confirming President-elect Joe Biden as the next president. Like many other Donald Trump supporter white supremacists, Cudd went online and bragged about being a terrorist, saying “we” tired down the doors to enter Nancy Pelosi’s office.
Later on, she said that she was a part of the Trump mob, but she herself did not vandalize anything. Soon after that, Cudd was met with major backlash from people calling out her unpatriotic actions. Some people even sent death threats to her florist shop, Becky’s Flowers, located in Midland, Texas. Hundreds have also rated her poorly online and gave the shop bad reviews. She has since shut down her Facebook page.
While this is the first time the world is learning about Cudd, the city knows her as one of the people who ran for Midland Mayor in 2019. KOSA reports that Cudd is proud of what she did.
