Uber will now let riders see how many one-star ratings they receive from drivers.

Now, most of us should know why we received a bad rating as a rider, but if you’re concerned, the ride-sharing app will now fill you in with its latest update. On Wednesday, Uber announced that it would let you see a rundown of how many drivers left you a one-star rating, along with other ratings. Before, we could only see our average.

If you want to check your rating breakdown, you’ll navigate to the Settings menu and tap on Privacy and then Privacy Center. When you get there, you’ll swipe right and click “would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber.” You’ll then scroll to the “browse your data” section and select “view my ratings.”

The platform’s mission behind the update is to better understand why they were given that rating. CNN reports a rider’s rating is based on their most recent 500 trips. Poor behavior like getting to your ride-share vehicle late, not being at your pinned location or acting a fool during a ride could likely be a reason a person gets a low rating.

“We hope that by giving users a peek into how their rating is calculated, we can help encourage positive experiences between riders and drivers on every trip,” said Zach Singleton, head of Privacy and equity products at Uber, CNN reports.
