Police are desperately trying to locate a man who was beaten and kidnapped in broad daylight in California.
The brazen incident took place last Thursday, October 6th, as the unidentified male walked in the area of Michillinda Avenue and East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. A 2008 silver Infiniti G35 approached the man before two males exited and began attacking the victim. Then, in a shocking twist, the suspects dragged the man into the backseat of their vehicle and sped off, heading south on Michillinda Avenue. Still images released of the incident show two men nearby the car.

There is no indication that the authorities know the name of the man who was taken hostage at the scene. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has only described him as a Hispanic male in his 30s. As of Monday, there have been no public updates on his whereabouts.
The L.A. Major Crimes Bureau is pleading with anyone who has information on the missing man to come forward with information that will bring him home.
This shocking abduction occurred just days after a family of four in Merced County was abducted from their business. Sadly, their bodies were found on October 5th. A suspect was arrested shortly after, and it does not appear the incidents were related. However, these back-to-back abductions have left California residents on edge.
