Usher Will Host & Perform At The iHeartRadio Music Award

R&B icon Usher is set to host the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards. He will also be performing.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 27th, and will air on Fox. The star-studded evening will feature appearances from Dua Lipa, Twenty One Pilots, Taylor Swift, Roddy Ricch, Megan Thee Stallion, and many more. Silk Sonic, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Doja Cat, and Dan + Shay will also perform.

Elton John will be presented with the 2021 iHeartRadio icon award by Lil Nas X and Chris Martin. A special tribute performance will also take place for John.

The award show will take place at The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles at 8 p.m. The show will also be heard on the iHeartRadio app and iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide.

Last year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eventually, a virtual show aired on Fox and iHeartRadio stations.

iHeartRadio fans will still be able to vote on nominees in the best lyrics, best fan army, best music video, best cover song, the social star award, favorite music video choreography award, and the TikTok bop of the year award.
