Well, it seems that Usher’s herpes accuser is still giving out lawsuits, despite her suit for $20 million against the singer being dismissed.
According to TMZ, Laura Helm is alleging that an insurance broker–representing three companies, exposed her medical records, and, as a result, she’s taking it to the courts.
In the claim, Helm states that her application from when she applied for insurance ended up plastered all over a blog, which she says included a lot of “sensitive health information.”

Supposedly, the agent took screenshots of the application and aired them out to the media outlet. The outlet then published the blog around August of last year.

Helm is currently in the process of suing United Healthcare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, and Golden Rule Insurance Company. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

She is also planning to sue the unidentified blog for reportedly “defaming her character” by saying she committed insurance fraud.
