On Thursday, footage surfaced of a brutal backdoor beatdown involving Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Younes Bendjima.
According to TMZ, the incident occurred back in March outside of Delilah restaurant in West Hollywood. In the security footage, an employee is seen walking through a door, before a group emerges from the club.
As the employee turns to say something to the group, Bendjima files into a violent rage, and begins throwing blows at the employee’s head, as another person jumps in to continue the assault.
After the incident, the employee filed a police report, but decided not to pursue charges. But now, following the release of the security footage, which showed both, Drake and Odell Beckham Jr. in the area at the time of the brutal beatdown, the victim is looking to capitalize off of his misfortune.
The victim, Bennett Sipes, has lawyered up with plans to sue over the incident, but sources say, he’s not only looking to go after his assailant. In fact, according to the publication, he says celebrities, Drake and Beckham, are also to blame.
According to Sipes’ lawyer, Colin Jones, it all started after Sipes’ girlfriend, Instagram model Sommer Ray, was hanging in VIP with Beckham. After a few hours, Sipes bombarded the section to retrieve his girlfriend, which sparked tension between him and the New York Giants superstar.
Although the next few moments remain unclear, Jones says words were exchanged between the two, but things did not get physical until Drake, Beckham and their entourage made their way for the exit. As the group left through the backdoor, Sipes reportedly mouthed off, which prompted Bendjima to attack.
According to Jones, Bendjima was joined by another assailant, who he believes to be part of either Drake or Beckham’s security team, which makes the two responsible for the incident.
However, sources tell TMZ that Sipes was the only aggressor inside the club, but Drake and Beckham had nothing to do with it.
