The city of Carmel, Indiana recently released Jim Irsay’s March 16th DUI arrest video. The video comes from the arresting officer’s dash cam after the officer stopped Irsay for riving erratically near Horseferry Road and Main Street in Carmel.
According to USA Today, Irsay had trouble standing and had to be supported by the officer to prevent him from falling over. Prescription pills and almost $30,000 in cash were recovered from Irsay’s vehicle.He also admitted to having hydrocodone, oxycodone and alprazolam (Xanax) in his system.
Don’t think Irsay got off easy, though. the NFL suspended Irsay for six games and fined him $500,000. A Hamilton County judge sentenced Irsay to one year of probation and revoked his driver’s license for 40 days.
