Vogue Suing Drake and 21 Savage for $4M Over Fake Magazine Cover Promo for ‘Her Loss’

Vogue is suing Drake and 21 Savage over a fake magazine cover used to promote their new album, Her Loss.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the publication alleges that the rappers had fans believe there would be a special edition magazine dropping soon.

“Me and my brother on newsstands tomorrow,” Drake posted to Instagram prior to the album’s release.  “Thanks, @voguemagazine, and Anna Wintour, for the love and support on this historic moment, Her Loss Nov 4^th.”

Now, the magazine’s owner, Condé Nast, is saying that the publication never “endorsed” the album “in any way” and requested that the rappers remove any promo that includes the Vogue name.
