Curry was hurt in the second quarter of the Warriors’ 99-88 win on Tuesday. Following the game, he underwent an MRI, which confirmed the muscle strain. The team announced he will be reevaluated in a week, but no clear timetable has been set for his return. His availability will depend on how well he responds to rehab.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr emphasized that the team isn’t looking too far ahead and will focus on taking it game by game as they face the Timberwolves without their floor general.
