First lipstick, now this!  Basketball Wives star is facing a lawsuit over the use of virgin hair. Sounds confusing, well allow TMZto break it down!
Â
Constance Corleone — who owns an extension line called Bella Dream Hair — filed the case, claiming Tami’s rep contacted her last September and asked to try out Constance’s product.
Â
According to the suit, Constance obliged, and then was horrified to learn Tami had fired up her own extension line under the name, Curls By Roman.  What’s worse, Constance claims, Tami was advertising her line with a pic of her wearing Constance’s extensions.
Â
Thus began a serious of very funny tweets, including one from Tami which read, “Fraudulent people trying to take credit NOT. People trying to take credit for this hair. WTF they crazy.”
Â
After some back and forth, with Constance demanding that Tami send her extensions back to her, Tami tweeted, “Mad that I already mailed that S**T back2u cuz I got they address-would took it to Constance myself lying bitch.”
Â
Â
So essentially what happened here is that, like many celebrities and reality stars do, Tami saw an up and coming company that may need a little promotion and offered to wear their product. Where Tami allegedly went wrong was starting her own hair line soon after and supposedly using Bella Dream Hair’s product in an ad campaign for her own line. This could be looked at as a very bad thing if it can be proven that she used Bella Dream Hair as the “inspiration” behind her own product. Definitely isn’t any better if Tami used Bella hair in her ad’s and not Curls by Roman. How this can be proven though, I don’t know. How Tami went back and forth on Twitter, however funny as it was, may have messed up her entire case.
