Wendy Williams Not Set to Return to Talk Show Until Early March

On Thursday, “The Wendy Williams Show” revealed that its host will not be returning to the talk show until early March.

For February and through March 4, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, Michael Rapaport, Bevy Smith, Terrence J, and Sherri Shepherd will all be guest hosts.

When asked if Williams’ would be out for the season, a rep for the host told Page Six, “don’t overreach.”

Williams hasn’t appeared on her show since it was rescheduled from September to early October 2021 due to health concerns.

Last fall, Williams was spotted leaving a Miami health clinic, disheveled and telling paparazzi she was “doing fabulous.” She then promised her fans “a lot more Wendy stuff” before wrapping up the conversation; however, she has yet to deliver on any of her promises.

There is “a lot of truth” to the rumors swirling around the absence of Williams, a source tells Page Six.

“It’s one thing to see what we have seen in the studio, but it’s another thing when certain staff members make it to her home … When the cameras and mics are off, the liquor comes out,” the source said.

A rep for Williams’ has disputed the concerns about her health and dismissed rumors that she would never return to her show as “speculation.”
