Kanye West is in agreeance with Kim Kardashian West on that they should have joint custody of their four children and neither of them needs spousal support, according to newly released divorce documents.
Joint legal and physical custody seems to be at the top of the former couple’s list of priorities. While the beauty mogul will likely have the children the majority of the time, the 50/50 agreement will allow them an opportunity to work out an arrangement amongst themselves that the court will approve. The two share four children, 7-year-old North, 5-year-old Saint, 3-year-old Chicago, and 1-year-old Psalm.
Neither Kardashian nor the “Jesus Walks” rapper is seeking spousal support or payments for legal fees. TMZ previously reported that the couple does have a prenup in place, so the divorce proceedings are unlikely to get messy.
Kardashian filed for divorce in February following months of rumors surrounding the state of their marriage.
