There is speculation that Beyoncé will make an appearance at the Democratic National Convention Thursday night, and fans are eager to know.
Speculation has been swirling for weeks since Bey gave Kamala Harris special permission to use her track “Freedom” in campaign videos. However, Yonce has not publicly announced how involved she plans to be in Harris’ election efforts. Still, the use of her empowerment anthem definitely sent the message that she is supporting Harris.
As delegates and voters geared up for night four of the DNC, White House Political Director Emmy Ruiz tweeted a bee emoji, which sent the BeyHive reeling with excitement.

Ruiz quickly cleared the air, claiming that her 6-year-old had innocently tweeted the bee, though she noticeably didn’t delete the message. Additionally, multiple sources have claimed Chicago has been hiking up security surrounding Thursday’s event in anticipation of Bey.

Thursday is a particularly special night for the DNC, as Harris officially accepts their presidential nominations. Her running mate, Tim Walz, accepted his Wednesday night. Therefore, if Bey lends her celebrity to Harris at the finale event, the move would certainly be monumental. As we wait to see whether or not Cowboy Carter makes her grand entrance, social media is bubbling with anticipation over the possible Harris and Bey link up.
