Will.i.am allegedly owes marketing company, Crown and Conquer, six figures after they claim the entertainer failed to pay for their services and even after setting up a payment agreement, he still did not pay.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Crown and Conquer claims Will.i.am’s company, i.am+, hired them in 2017 to provide “certain marketing and influencer services,” to the amount of $158,243.37. The company says they never received the initial payment, however, Will.I.Am eventually paid $20k back and set up a payment arrangement for four months.
Crown and Conquer said The Black Eyed Peas frontman “failed to make even the first payment.” Now, the company is suing for the remainder of the money owed, plus 10% interest.
