Will Smith To Host One-Hour Comedy Special On Netflix Later This Year

Netflix announced Wednesday that Will Smith is set to star in his first-ever one-hour comedy special. 

The show will debut later this year on the streaming giant produced by Smith’s Westbrook Studios. The show will feature celebrity guests, comedic sketches, meaningful conversations, musical performances, and more. 

The actor will serve as executive producer alongside Westbrook Studios Terence CarterMiguel Melendez, and Sahara Bushue.

Smith and Westbrook’s studios are also currently working on a remake of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air series, titled Bel-Air. According to HypeBeast, the show is based on Morgan Cooper’s viral video reimagining the ’90s sitcom. Peacock has ordered two seasons of the forthcoming series.
