Will Smith’s production company, Overbrook Entertainment, is working on something major that will hopefully bring a sense of nostalgia to all the 80’s and 90’s babies. The currently unnamed project is said to be in the early stages of development and was originally rumored to be a reboot of the 90’s classic sitcom, “The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.”
Later reports have refuted claims of the new show being a “Fresh Prince” reboot, but promise that it will be Fresh Prince’esque, which is just as good considering Will Smith is executive producing.
Overbrook Entertainment, which includes James Lassiter, Caleeb Pinkett and Jada Pinkett-Smith, is finalizing its pitch and will begin shopping the show to networks in the coming weeks.
