Winners of the NAACP Image Awards Revealed

On Saturday, the NAACP Image Awards were presented and more than 80 categories was announced in virtual ceremonies throughout the week.

The complete list of winners are as follows:

Insecure wins Outstanding Comedy Series ahead of Black-ish, Harlem, Run the World, and The Upshaws.

Anthony Anderson in Black-ish wins Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series ahead of Cedric the Entertainer in The Neighborhood, Don Cheadle in Black Monday, Elisha “EJ” Williams in The Wonder Years and Jay Ellis in Insecure.

Issa Rae in Insecure wins Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series ahead of Loretta Devine in Family Reunion, Regina Hall in Black Monday, Tracee Ellis Ross in Black-ish, and Yvonne Orji in Insecure.

Queen Sugar wins Outstanding Drama Series ahead of 9-1-1, All American, Godfather of Harlem, and Pose.

Sterling K. Brown in This Is Us wins Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series ahead of Billy Porter in Pose, Damson Idris in Snowfall, Forest Whitaker in Godfather of Harlem, and Kofi Siriboe in Queen Sugar.

Angela Bassett in 9-1-1 wins Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series ahead of Dawn-Lyen Gardner in Queen Sugar, Octavia Spencer in Truth Be Told, Queen Latifah in The Equalizer, and Rutina Wesley in Queen Sugar.

The Harder They Fall wins Outstanding Motion Picture ahead of Judas and the Black Messiah, King Richard, Respect, and The United States vs. Billie Holiday.

Will Smith in King Richard wins Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture ahead of Denzel Washington in The Tragedy of Macbeth, Jonathan Majors in The Harder They Fall, LaKeith Stanfield in Judas and the Black Messiah, and Mahershala Ali in Swan Song.

Jennifer Hudson in Respect wins Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture ahead of Andra Day in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, Halle Berry in Bruised, Tessa Thompson in Passing, and Zendaya in Malcolm & Marie.
